Peas on Pizza? I know, right? It's kinda crazy merely it'south actually out of this world delicious! I'm calling it now, Pesto Pea Pizza is about to exist all the rage!
I'k counting down the days until Thomas and I have an actual lawn that can firm a pizza oven… just until that day comes, I'thou all about pizza on the BBQ or in my indoor pizza oven. A few weeks back nosotros hosted a casual friday dark pizza dark and instead of running to the store to buy all new toppings, I used everything that was already in the refrigerator. Random blocks of cheese, all the veg, yous proper name it. Highlight of the night was without a doubt this Pea Pesto Pizza that everyone was OBSESSED with.

Pesto Pea Pizza
Pesto Pea Pizza - for this spring and summer months when you want a fun creative spin on your weekly pizza nighttime

- 1 pound fresh pizza dough
- olive oil for brushing
- i/three cup Basil Vinaigrette
- 1 loving cup fresh mozzarella sliced
- i/2 cup ricotta cheese
